About Nadjejda Chapoteau:

Nadjejda! My bio is not the usual professional one as I want people to get to know me. I was born in Boston, MA from Haitian parents, grew up in Haiti and I’ve been living in the U.S. for over 25 years. I'm back home in Miami, FL after living in Washington, DC for over 4 years after having lived in Miami, FL for 18 years.

I’m passionate about life, people, love, music, dance, and making a difference. I believe we all have a life purpose and I get really excited helping people fulfill their purpose by being their authentic selves, sharing their message, and doing work that lights them up while having a positive impact on the world.

Fulfilling our purpose doing work that lights us up is our way to share our unique light with the world. My journey to finding my true calling hasn’t been a straight line. Making a difference has always been important for me but I had no idea I would end up doing it as a coach.

Nadjejda’s Professional Journey:

I’m a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (IPEC). I also have a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Public Administration in Nonprofit Management and leadership. Prior to taking the entrepreneurial route, I gained over 12 years experience working with diverse populations in the profit and nonprofit sector as a Credential Evaluator and Case Manager.

While I made a difference in these places and enjoyed working with some of these organizations, especially working with the immigrant minor population at Catholic Charities, I always felt that something was missing. However, it wasn’t until I got to a point where I felt stuck, like my light wasn’t shining and there was a wall in front of me that I needed to break through.

At that point, I knew there was no looking back and I hired my first coach to help me gain clarity about my next move in fulfilling my purpose. I had to step out of my comfort zone and trust that God/the Universe would guide me. That’s when my new journey began.

It became clear I wanted to be an entrepreneur and make a difference by empowering people to create and live a life they love.  This is how my business Light of Haiti, LLC was born and Love Light Coaching with Nadjejda is the coaching section of it.
